1. What happens after I make a purchase?
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive:
A voucher for yourself to book your preferred experience, or
A gift card to share with someone you love. If you’ve made a donation, you’ll receive a confirmation, and we’ll ensure your contribution provides someone in need with the opportunity to join.
2. When can I book my experience?
Experiences will be available to book on our website in January 2025. You can select your preferred date at that time.
3. When will the experiences take place?
Our experiences will be ready to enjoy starting in February 2025.
4. Can I use the voucher for any experience?
Yes, your voucher can be redeemed for any of the experiences we offer, including local adventures, 3- day retreats in the Netherlands, and international trips.
5. How does the donation option work?
When you donate, your contribution funds travel experiences for someone in need. You’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll ensure your support makes a meaningful impact. Are you the one in need? Send us an e-mail with a short motivation to contact@lifeofgini.nl!
6. Can I buy multiple vouchers or gift cards?
Absolutely! You can purchase as many vouchers or gift cards as you’d like. Simply add them to your cart and check out.
7. Can I customise the gift card message?
Yes, when purchasing a gift card, you’ll have the option to include a personalised message for the recipient.
